Matodzi Ratshimbilani

BProc (Univ. of the North); Cert. Business Management (RAU); Cert. Prospecting and Mining Law (WITS); Mining Executive Preparatory Programme (WITS & MQA)

Matodzi Ratshimbilani has over 15 years experience in the areas of corporate commercial law, company law, corporate governance, mining law and tax law   He has worked as a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen and Associates; an associate for Webber Wentzel, managing partner for Mahlangu Nkomo Mabandla Ratshimbilani Attorneys, and a director for Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs. He currently practices as a director at the Tshisevhe Gwina Ratshimbilani Inc. in corporate commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and company law.  Matodzi sits on several boards including Denel, Railway Safety Regulator (Deputy Chairman), Izazi Solutions (Pty) Ltd, ADRA International (South Africa) and Southern Africa Indian Ocean Division of the Seventh Day Adventist World Church
