Regional Director - Xola Ntobongwana
Xola Ntobongwana’s work experience includes strategic management, people management, administration, project management, community development and relationship management. Xola has been involved in establishing community structures, building capacity and facilitating the resolution of conflicts in community structures. He worked for the Community Based Public Works Programme as a Senior Administrator Officer, where he gained considerable experience in marketing and liaising with communities, government and development stakeholders in Gauteng. He is currently registered as MBA candidate at Durban Institute of Technology, doing his dissertation entitled “The Evaluation of Integrated Development Plan as a sustainable tool for service delivery in Local Government”.
