The Mvula Trust has been approved by the South African Revenue Services as a public benefit organisation in terms of Section 18A(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act. This means that any donations made to the Trust are tax deductible.

Donations made to Mvula are exempt from donations tax and bequests from the estates of deceased persons to The Mvula Trust are exempt from estate duty.
