The work of The Mvula Trust is sustained from a range of income streams. Our regional offices work with municipalities providing infrastructure and support services to rural communities. Our Policy Unit provides support to the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry on a range of projects. The Mvula Trust is an Implementing Agent for DWAF. In addition the work of  The Mvula Trust is supported on a project basis by donor organizations as well as corporate social investors.  

As a Non Governmental Organization Mvula does not produce profits for shareholders and any surpluses are reinvested in the work of the organization.
